
New Hires
Our service includes communicating benefits and providing full enrollment services not only during open enrollment, but for new hires throughout the year. This can be on an individual basis, or in groups if you have several new hires at once. Simply log in to your benefits website and follow the instructions for adding the new employee(s), and we handle the rest! We will coordinate with their department head to handle this at a time that disrupts your workflow the least. Then we report back to your payroll/ HR department, including a summary of all elections and their associated payroll deductions.
For individual new hires we can use web conferencing. This allows us to personally walk the new hire through his employee benefits website, and walk him through the enrollment process for health insurance and other benefits. This includes fully communicating their benefits package to them, helping both them and you receive more value from your investment in your benefits package. Your employees do not have to be tech-savvy. We will walk them through the process.
